imontray.exe is Intel Active Monitor Tray Icon - safe to close, but closing this will not close the program. You must close imonnt.exe (2000/xp) to close it.

Imontray comes with Intel motherboards to monitor the temperature and voltage of components. Computer beeps when set parameters exceeded.
