There are different files with the same name:

• "KAZAA" is not required to run at start up. KAZAA is a file-sharing program which unfortunately being ad-based includes "Cy-door" adware. Check here for information about "Cy-door" and here for a program that can remove it
• "Kazaa lptt01" definitely not required. Variant of the RapidBlaster parasite (in a "kazaa" folder in Program Files). It is not recommended you manually uninstall RapidBlaster but use RapidBlaster Killer - see here. Note - this is not the valid KaZaA file sharing program which has the same executable name
