Part of Kerio Personal Firewall. KHIPS=Kerio Host Intrusion Prevention Service. Use Device Manager and select the Show Hidden Devices option to see it under Non-PnP devices. Sometimes is not uninstalled when Kerio PFW is removed. Maybe(!) it can cause problems with Virus Scanners or other firewalls that are installed later, even though the Kerio PFW is already deleted. Remove the entry from the registry and delete file.
