Turn off automatic live update. Now lucoms~1.exe should not execute by itself anymore, so if you have not initiated norton update manually,but still appears in the task manager it is a virus/worm disguised as norton.

i was wrong about saying that it slows down my computer...its a part of NAV..i figured there was some other porblem on my computer

It appeared in my taskmanager processing list suddenly after installing a keylogging software. On the news 1/16 or 1/17/06 there was report of Symantec admission of spyware loaded into their security package. Makes me wonder what's up?
