This is part of the Lexmark Printer/Scanner Drivers Suite. It should be completely Hamless.

I believe this to be a file associated with Lexmark printers and software. I can't be certain of this, but from all I have been able to locate, it appears to be this type of file. Any other info would be helpful to me, as well.
