I have solved the problem in windows XP . Please do the following steps: 1) Install a windows registry fix program like REGISTRY MECHANIC 2)Scan your registry and highlight only the LXCFtime.dll to fix it (becuase if you choose to fix all the errors your crack programs may not work later) 3. After finished , UNistall all drivers and programs for LExmark...4) Restart and install fresh and updated drivers for lexmark printer and devices you have...5)after finish installation Restart and all done!!!!!!!!!Thanks(explore ZX spectrum back to 80's is all you need to see the begin of everything

it's a lexmark printer DLL and is a pain in the arse.

I did not have the problem until I installed a portable lexmark printer, I donot use it all the time so when that printer is not connected, I get the error message. FINALLY now I know what it is. Hey Lexmark -- you so neede to fix this.
