If you have modified a game made by Bohemia Interactive such as Arma 3, there's a good chance that you installed a version of BI's editing tools in the past. I'm not sure why mapdisk.bat makes itself a startup process, but I'm certain if it is part of the actual Bohemia Interactive tool programs that its not malicious.
