Huawei mobile internet stick(Hlink E3131) using same named file, while building internet connection to your computer.
It can use processor time intermittently even when the mobile device is not present on the system.

In my case mbbservice slowed down the internet connection giving problem with the sound card. For instance was Skype working badly and got interrupted repeatedly. Sound dropped even while watching YouTube. Removing mobile Broadband HL Service solved the problem. Momentarily I have a poor Internet connection. With better bandwidth this program may not cause any problem.
