I have MagicDisc, but disabled from services.msc from startup no problems, it's legit

Driver for MagicISO's MagicDisc freeware. Used to create a virtual drive for mounting disk image files such as ISO, BIN, IMG, VC4 etc. Pretty harmless and definitely not essential. If you experience problems with it, just remove.
