After installing a us robotics modem the hardware wizard says it needs the file. Seemingly its not on the disk or on the downloaded file. Attempting to install it from the downloaded file and/or the disk the computer restarts itself . When it starts it says there has been an extreme error and wants to report to WINDOWS.
