I think this is a bad process. My mouse wasn't working, until I stopped this process in Windows Task Manager. Delete process, if you see that it's running

On my 64 bit Win 7 this file is located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bonjour

Like many Apple startup programs for Windows, this is a fairly useless program as Windows does all of the things it suggests to do, by itself. It is invasive, hard to remove, and takes up resources. It is also suspected as being spyware due to packets sent out.
