I don't like the fact that MSNAPPAU likes to access the net without my search command. This makes me think it is collecting information about my search strings or web visits. This is the action of a spy program. Three times since installation it attempted connection concurrent with a yahoo search. I am pulling it out today.

Go to Options in MSN Toolbar and turn off auto-update. Updater will still run if critical, instead of every day.

I deleted the file by mistake, and it keeps popping up telling me it is gone! That is why I am on this site to find out if I need it or not.

Personally, i dont like things chewing my bandwitdh, and zonealarm hasent showed it up yet, i shall be Ending process tree and deleting this one, i fail to see the upside in having toolbar, because all they do is hinder ur IE experience.
