On my Acer Aspire, Vista system it's in \System32 and is 92KB. It's made by HiTRUST Inc

it does not show up on the program list and you cannot remove it by 'delete' nor acer security from the directory

All i know is that it prevents my Music Converter from converting more than 20 to 30 tracks. i cant seem to delete it, i dont want it i dont need chat hook anyways.
