NaturalColorLoad.exe is provided by Samsung and comes bundled with the installation / color calibration software for most of its monitors. It provides support for loading ICM (image color matching) profiles. It is not essential (stopping it after it has run doesn't have any side effects aside from not autoresetting ICM information of some other application changes it). It is not dangerous in any way.

This program comes on the CD for Samsung TFT/LCD monitors. It is part of the Magic Tune software setup. This program is used to help calibrate and syncronize the colors on the monitor with the printer and scanner. If you work with photos (correcting / printing / scanning) this program is essential. If you are just a surfer or gamer then you probably dont need it.
