we can remove from start up then nothing will happen to windows

Nero Serienschlüssel Liveabfrage, wird bei legal erworbener Software von Nero (z.B. Nero8) meist wieder abgeschaltet. Bei illegalen Versionen bleibt dieser auch nach Deinstallation im System, auch zu finden unter msconfig/Dienste oder msconfig/Systemstart.

Auch wenn dieser Prozess kaum Ressourcen blockiert hat so wurde ein sehr lahmes Notebook wirklich spürbar schneller, nachdem NBKeyScan aus dem Autostart geworfen wurde. Bei ähnlichen Problemen kann dies mal probiert werden (msconfig - Systemstart - NBKeyScan)

NBkeyscan.exe is a safe file which seems to cum packaged in the nero product range, but didnt really start showing up till nero version 7
