Originally found 3 "ngpw" occurrences imbedded & renamed them rather than the delete process described by "drool" in User Comments. Problems resolved except for each system "shutdown/startup" cycle. On each startup, two "ADPROT - File not found" msg displays initiate and system response time is slowed until I run an anti-spyware scan which finds 2 new spyware and deletes them. Inconvenient but works while waiting for anti-virus update to clean it out properly.

I have this problem It kept puttin pop ups on my screen, and it kept "regenerating" and since I couldn't install any anti spyware (or any program) what i did was end the file in the task list and went to the folder with the file and opened it on notepad and deleted most of the garbled test in the file and saved the changes, now it can't load the file or its annoying popups I can sit and see how the file openes for a split second and closes again. NOT a real solution to the problem but at least you know the file is not running and showing those annoying popups. : )
