When I close Lotus Notes7.0 then it dispear but run Lotus Notes again did not show up. Seems only apear when Lotus Notes need it do something.

It is part of IBM Lotus Notes 6+. It should stop when IBM Lotus Notes is ended, but if IBM Lotus Notes abends, then it may continue (visible in the Task Manager). It will prevent IMB Lotus Notes from being restarted. Ending it from the Task Manager seems to cause no problems.
