Bestandteil von Oracle. Speicherort im Oracle-Verzeichnis orahome \BIN, d.h. die Datei kann eigentlich nur in Erscheinung treten, wenn Oracle installiert wurde, was bei Privatanwendern kaum der Fall sein dürfte.
