Outicon.exe appears amongst my start-up programs when I drag Outlook into my Start-up tray. outicon.exe is described my start-up programs by Scotty as managing email, contacts etc. When I disable the program, the Outlook icon disappears from my Start-up tray. So I guess Outicon.exe is nothing more serious than the Outlook short-cut icon....
