Windows has stopped recognizing DVD/CDRW drive, although BIOS is able to detect it. PCANDIS5.SYS has a registery entry but is not on hard disk.

Diese Datei ist bei mir in den Programmen DSL-Speedmanager 5.2 von T-Com, im WLAN-Manager von T-Com, in der Data1.cab des MSI-DigiCell-Programms von MSI und in Windows/System32 gespeichert. Die Ereignisanzeige in der Windows-Verwaltung, Unterbereich 'System' zeigt im EventViewer ständig Fehler an (Quelle: Service Control Manager)
