An item in MSConfig is blank for the first two columns, Startup Item and Command, so the whole line looks blank (but includes a checkbox). But scroll to the Location column, which shows HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Powerbar is the only Value in that Key without Data, so it doesn’t do anything. I backed up my registry, and I’m removing that Value. Maybe it will remove the blank line from MSConfig.
