It keeps coming up in registry error searches as bad software with harmful or obsolete registry keys that corrupt the registry. I find that when my computer is acting up, processlasso.exe always pops up in maintenance tasks and with registry errors. I believe it's associated with some bad software that relates to malware and could be easily opened to viruses. I keep having to find it and remove it.
