Seems to be part of a handful of files that get installed with game installations, these files appear to be a "copy protection" suite to deter piracy. That's all fine and dandy really, but there is no warning about this to be found (apparently) on the game box or the EULA... Hence, it is put in the same category as a trojan even though it doesn't seem to be typically trojan-esque and causing remote access violations and the usual crap that trojans are associated with. BUT these files CAN interfere with certain programs in most OS's (The 3 rating = harmless yet incompatible sometimes)
