PRTG is a network monitoring program that support SNMP, packet sniffing and Netflow monitoring. PRTG4 can be run as a service as well as a Windows GUI program. Simply double click the exe in "c:\program files\prtg traffic grapher" to switch from service to GUI mode. PRTG does not manipulate other programs.
