PSNGive.exe is the process that runs when Post-It Notes Lite (and probably normal) is running. If you turn off the option to allow sending and receiving of notes, it will automatically go away.

I noticed that my computer wouldn't link any site, then I went to the Windows Task manager and I saw a lot of processes over seventy of psngive.exe, then I deleted them and then I was able to link, and the error of no adequate memory was corrected. I think this software came with Logitech io pen and thus is needed for the pen.
