This program, along with RaUI.exe seem to be installed as a "middle man" of sorts for WLAN compatibility. However they are not supported by Windows 10 and are completely unnecessary as well as having lovely undocumented features such as, using 1/3 of my ram and causing my CPU to idle at around 30% half of the time. If I could rate the program as a leech or complete waste of binary code I would. Recommend uninstall if you are running Win. 10.
