it is associated with Agent.Dropper.2.R, It hijacks IE, pops up ads, duplicates within Local Settings TEMP, AVG antiVirus is unable to delete it because it seems to be being downloaded by Agent.Dropper.2.R once IE is accessed. Deleting randreco.exe, will NOT delete the virus. Just found the associatin last night and plan to try and rid system of the Dropper file.

It popped up while I was on a campus portal sign-in page. The URL captured in a .bmp I grabbed showed it was a spyware advertisement

goes to c, windows, temp. AVG seems to block it

makes pop ups go up even with pop up blocker

cannot manually delete and many virus programs fail to delete it completely. Causes internet slowdown, pop-ups, double page loading, and keeps open programs that eat system memory which cannot be closed as long as Randreco.exe is running.
