It is part of the Ring Central Program which integrates 800 phone and fax numbers with online notification, E-mail messaging and fax services. The Hot Key feature is to allow you to fax a document from any location. I have had the Service for a few Years and monitor outgoing traffic fairly well I have not seen any suspicious behavior however normal Warnings apply
