Registry Shaver task installed when you install the software for Fuji Finepix digital cameras. At the time of writing we have no idea as to what REGSHAVE actually does. OK to disable.

When you install Fujifilm drivers this installs as well. It is used to clean up the registry if you uninstall the Fuji software. It can safely be disabled using msconfig

I think so, it isn't dangerous process. I use it on two system (XP prof & home), but I've never had problem.

I can confirm that it installed with Fuji Digital Camera Software/Drivers. I disabled it from auto-starting using CCleaner, with no ill effect.

Yes, it is part of Fuji FinePix camera software. What I find annoying is having it load at startup. What a waste of time. I would like to disable it and worry about cleaning up the registry if I ever get rid of my Fuji Camera and its software.
