It is added by Trojan.Vundo (To remove it, run regedit in "Run", click Edit, Find, and type in req.dat. When it finds it, delete that key.

Slows internet explorer and doesn't allow browsers to open in a new window. Removed it by using a program called killbox to delete it at boot.
