Maxtor Backup Program
I'm running 'Retro Express HD 1.1', an external HDD back up utility which came with my Maxtor USB drive. It was located in the \program files directory. But, sometimes lurking up almost every cycle of my CPU. For some reason the program had ended up in this incorrect state.
