It is Media Manager scanning your drives for media files. You can do 1 of 2 things. 1-you can go to the System tray and right click on the Media Manager icon and click "Stop folder watching".this will stop it from scanning. 2-you can go to Start,Run and type msconfig. When it opens go to the startup tab and uncheck RoxWatchTray9.Reboot and when your machine restarts a box will pop up.Tell it to ignore by checking the box. This will stop Media Manager from loading at Windows boot. Either one should stop the problem.

Best practices for resolving RoxWatchTray9 issues

A clean and tidy computer is the key requirement for avoiding problems with RoxWatchTray9. This means running a scan for malware, cleaning your hard drive using cleanmgr and sfc /scannow, uninstalling programs that you no longer need, checking for Autostart programs (using msconfig) and enabling Windows' Automatic Update. Should you experience an actual problem, try to recall the last thing you did, or the last thing you installed before the problem appeared for the first time.
