Remote Administrator 3.0 Server. It allows to remotely manage this computer by the Remot Administrator Client.
I use it (Radmin) and it is great to remote into another computer. If you or your system admin did not install it, you have a problem.

i have used it for about 4 years. It is the server side of a simple remote control package. Make sure you or your sysadmin downloaded from a reputable place and install it yourself.
