RzStats.Manager.exe is a program ran by Razer Synapse (driver for Razer keyboard, mouses, etc.). It is not a virus, it just keeps track of what buttons you press, how often you press them, etc. and can be displayed in the Razer Synapse program.

as another user mentioned that rzstats is part of the razer synapse application, i would like to add some more info: Rzstats is a program by razer to track your mouse movements in programs you decide. by this you will create a ''heatmap'' of where you have moved your mouse and where you click. Rzstats will also count the clicks, how much you have moved your mouse and much more. For Rzstats to work you will need a razer mouse, and you need to add an .exe file that Rzstats will track. This is used by gamers to see how much they do and what they do in games, mostly used in mmo and moba games.

It is an app by razer that is supposed to make your video game experience better or something. If I disable it (kill it in task manager), my games seem to crash less.
It is owned by Razer and works to count keystrokes and mouse click so you can see what you did during the day, etc.
