Showed up with AVG Free scanning as Dialer.11.BU and located in this Win98 SE Windows/System directory.

every time when i type an url, the favorites will be open

Seems to be associated with an executable called sarb.exe wich resides in users internet temp directory. Starts when IE starts. On running sarb.exe a porn advert alert appears. Properties of Sarb.exe includes reference to Saristar Ltd. Googling 'Saristar Ltd' comes up with a porn site
