This is a background service for Sophos as already stated, whilst this could be camouflaged you can easily tell as Sophos' SavService will be run from the Sophos directory in program files. Disabling or forcing this to close can cause problems for Sophos running correctly.

hat bei mir den Rechner auch voll ausgelastet, + Sonne in mein Büro ist mir fast der Rechner in Flammen aufgegangen, weil ich ihn ein paar Stunden allein gelassen hatte. Ließ sich bei mir aber über den Taskmanager killen. Nu kühlt die Kiste runter. Danke für Eure ausführungen hier, war mir vorher nicht sicher ob ich den Prozess einfach abschießen kann
