Used by PC Updater. This program allows software to be installed on computers. It is designed to be used in a corporate network to assist the system administrator in updating software on all computers. From the date of the file, it came preloaded on my Gateway computer. "Since a PC Updater distribution file can be sent to any PC and over any network, companies can now expand their software distribution outside the corporate walls." I consider this program not needed and a potential security threat.

It will self install, And i think it to have Spyware and some sort of keylogger. Most spyware removal kits will not work, I use Spysweeper. But it keeps regenerating I have found files missing, And when i got back to the computer after 15 minutes, I got a notification that said " You have 19 programs running". i looked in the taskbar, And winamp had been opened 19 times.
