Socketlock is available at Gibson Research Center It prevents the logged in user from accessing raw sockets left open by Windows. Its purpose is to help prevent someone using your computer without your knowledge. It was written to demonstrate a simple way to close a security flaw in Win XP. Hopefully this has been corrected by Microsoft updates.
