It's a leftover file or something, from uninstall, and I can't get rid of it booting up.

It's left over from the trial version of SpeedUpMyPC. After uniinstall it leaves the C:\programfiles\uniblue directory populated with a few files including speedupmypc.exe. I deleted this folder and the annoying popup at start up doesn't occur anymore.
My friend installed it on my computer, and then the computer got really slow, and acted strangely. I got rid of it, and now it's better.

Registry Cleaner and accelerator, but please use the latest version!
Uniblue speedupmypc slows down your computer. If you need to speed up your PC removing dust from the fans inside it (including the fan on the graphics card) is usually what you need to do.
reports errors, but no resolution offered
