I wrote to Cypherix about this file. This was their response: "This is the Windows service. Windows services are not ordinary

I have to remove it from my processes as it slows my PC down badly. When I unistalled Cryptainer it took the file with it. No more problems.

Required for Cryptainer (at least the LE version) to run. I've tried starting manually without it and it will not work.

Part of Cryptainer, but it's a "report home" componenet which the program probably doesn't need to run.
