Obviously required for some types of webcams. On my computer it is required for my built in BisonCam.

I removed StillMnt.exe, StillMnt.ini, all occurrences of StillMnt* from the registry. However, svchost.exe still spawns about 20 requests to open C:/Windows/StillMnt.exe every second. Doesn't seem to suck up many resources, however,

I noticed this appeared when i installed my Web Cam with his a LiveCam on it! Once i killed the StillMnt.exe in process i couldnt use the LiveCam part anymore so i guessin thats what it is cause i had to reinstall cam to get LiveCam workin again and StillMnt.exe appeared again!
