Stritz.exe is an app file that belongs to the Candy Crush Soda Saga game. (C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\\..) App has the ability to share/upload scores to Facebook ...etc. Therefore needs internet access. ++Further note, this game pre-installs itself with a new install of Windows 10. As does the Twitter app and Skype app.
