This is the StumbleUpon toolbar. It is not spyware.

Try to uninstall stumbleapon toolbar and you will realize that it is mall-ware. not in add or remove programs list. sucessfully removed extension from fire fox, then stumbleapon toolbar attached itself to my google chrome . no uninstaller available. bad bad do not use. anything this difficult to remove is bad.
