The file is from's the Symantec ELAM program (Early Launch Anti-Malware)! And it's part of Norton Security!!! come ON here folks...just look at the file properties. It "should" be located in Windows\ELAMBKUP folder (but maybe elsewhere, idk. ) ...what I'm guessing is that it makes a backup if the early launch finds anything and deletes it
