If you have a very low CPU speed on this process (around 30 or so) and you are not runing any cpu leeching programs then you may have some seriously bad viruses/spyware etc

its safe in most cases but there is one condition that this file may be harm or extrem danger that there is a network info stealer ... if you dont know check your network activity in the network

Spikes on CPU useage at 50% often causing a lock-up for 10-20 seconds on XP (50% on a 4400 Intel core 2 duo CPU???). Maybe not dangerous, but a pain in the ass.

I had it forever without the internet, so this one is safe
