This service Doesn't permit you neither suspend nor hibernate your system? Simply go to "TOSHIBA Console"/"TOSHIBA Mobile Extension Service" and uncheck all

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100 Laptop with Docking Station. Without the Toshiba Mobile Extension (TME) Driver & System Service I was experience lockups after coming out of Standby (this service may be essential if you have a docking station).
