A WinXP x64 system of mine reported crashes with ToolbarU, but it turned out to be refering to "ToolbarUpdater.exe", which is an AVG Anti-virus app. I didn't really want the AVG Toolbar anyway, so I just renamed it & the system gave me no more errors.
