This is required if you want to use the toshiba power saver with your laptop. Recommended if you want to save battery life.
Toshiba Power System
This is Toshiba Power Saver, which is more feature packed than Windows's built in power saving features. I recommend this for use with a Toshiba laptop, although it's by no menas an essential and can be stopped/removed if you're happy using the default power saving options.
