tptray.exe is Touchpad configuration tray icon for Toshiba laptops. It gives easy access to the configurations for the touchpad.

I had two instances showing in tskmgr one under user and one under system. I tried to end the user and it wouldn't stop, however when I ended the one under system it did. But the one under user won;t stop.
