I also have this on my computer and it came when I downloaded a 3D screensaver. This screensaver is on a 14 day trial. This is only day 12 and I cannot delete it. I am going to wait the next 12 days and see if it is possible to remove then. This is associated with 3D Relax on my computer
Installed with 3D Natural Beauty screensaver
it comes with a screensaver from
It came from Living 3D Waterfalls
the process is installed via 3d relax screensavers. it is added to the auto start processes. whereas i dont know if this is malware, it is intrusive in the sense that if you disable it starting via msconfig/start up, it adds itself again. personally i dont like processes that turn themselves back on after i have turned them off. another thing to note is i am not sure exactly what this process does. i have emailed 3d relax support for an explaination, but have had no reply to date. i certainly can see no reason why a screensaver needs to be in the start up list
trioservice.exe comes with the trial screen savers from 3D Relax. In order to delete it you must first stop it from running via task manager

Best practices for resolving trioService issues

A clean and tidy computer is the key requirement for avoiding problems with trioService. This means running a scan for malware, cleaning your hard drive using cleanmgr and sfc /scannow, uninstalling programs that you no longer need, checking for Autostart programs (using msconfig) and enabling Windows' Automatic Update. Always remember to perform periodic backups, or at least to set restore points.

Should you experience an actual problem, try to recall the last thing you did, or the last thing you installed before the problem appeared for the first time. Use the resmon command to identify the processes that are causing your problem. Even for serious problems, rather than reinstalling Windows, you are better off repairing of your installation or, for Windows 8 and later versions, executing the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth command. This allows you to repair the operating system without losing data.

To help you analyze the trioService.exe process on your computer, the following programs have proven to be helpful: Security Task Manager displays all running Windows tasks, including embedded hidden processes, such as keyboard and browser monitoring or Autostart entries. A unique security risk rating indicates the likelihood of the process being potential spyware, malware or a Trojan. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware detects and removes sleeping spyware, adware, Trojans, keyloggers, malware and trackers from your hard drive.
